Relax in Mt Washington Valley
Spas, Salons and WellnessÂ
Whether it’s a sauna session with a mountain view, a massage after a hike or simply slowing down and enjoying the serenity of spring, Mt. Washington Valley makes it easy to spend a day treating yourself.
As the days begin to get longer, and the sun begins to shine, spring presents the perfect opportunity to block off a day and lean into the kind of experiences that leave you feeling recharged. Across Mt. Washington Valley, spas, saunas and salons offer a range of relaxing and restorative experiences.
White Mountain Sauna Haus (North Conway)
White Mountain Sauna Haus is one of the Valley’s newest wellness experiences after opening in January 2026. Here, wellness is built around contrast—hot saunas, cold plunges and a place to take in the beautiful mountain landscape.
Set in a restored 1800s barn with views of Cathedral Ledge, the space features two community saunas, three cold plunges, cedar decks, firepits and a cozy cafe serving Nordic-inspired fare.
Salons
Debony Salon (Jackson)
Debony’s offerings extend beyond hair services with treatments focused on skin care and muscle relaxation, as well as professional nail services. Facials are customized based on skin type and seasonal needs, while body treatments and massage options offer a straightforward way to a relaxing day.

Mt. Washington Valley is known for adventure, but sometimes we’re due for a day of recharging after all that time in the outdoors. With so many options in the area, it’s easy to step away from the trails and into something that feels just as worthwhile. Spend a full day, half day, or even a couple hours treating yourself to a restorative experience. Then head back to the mountains the next day.
